Ok..I'm doing Cardio 3 days a week for 1hr (try to cut fat, not lose weight). My question is this.. instead of walking on the treadmill for 1hr straight, is it ok to switch cardio machines without stopping the fat-burning process?
Treadmill (Walk) @ Level 15 for 15 mins
Stationary Bike Interval Level 15 for 15 mins
Elliptical Machine (Level 13) 15 mins
Moderate Jog on Treadmil (6.5-7mph) 15 mins
I'm figuring it will take me about 1-2 minute to switch machines.. it this ok? I'm trying to fight cardio boredom and keep my body guess.. Any feedback is appreciated..
