I used to be able to jog about 1.5 miles before i became tired and maybe 2.0 miles if i really pushed it. I would do this 3 times a week at the max. I am trying to gain mass so I didnt want to run to much. Well I took about 3 weeks off and have now started back up about 2 weeks ago. My problem is ever since i have restarted i havent been about to go very long without feeling pain in my throat and feeling a little dizy. The most i can run now is about .5 mile before i feel incredible pain. Why is this so. What happened?
