I want to know how many time i should do cardio a week i work 7-4 and trying to get rid of love handles....its hard to geta good work out in the morning cause its hard to get up but i want to what i can do i work 7-4 also what a good breakfast and a lunch meals.. thanks
Mikey...as I posted to your earlier question. Do what you can, just do it. If you can't do it early, then do it later. The object of cardio is to create a calorie deficit, so if you do it in the evening or morning, it doesn't matter. Eat a good clean diet, and do your resistance training, then do your cardio.
