So, I am completely new to this website, and I am so excited to start taking better care of myself. I am a little confused about the cardio advice. So you say that you're supposed to either do cardio on your rest days, but still have a day off to do nothing or do cardio 6-8 hours after your weights. My first week, I am scheduled to do weights five days, and rest two days. I don't really have the time to work out at night, if I do my weights in the morning, which I more than likely will do. If I stick with that schedule, I'm not really getting the recommended amount of cardio in a week (3-5x/ week), so how is this helping? Any input would be greatly apprecitaed! Thanks!

you can do cardio on your rest days.. you can also do 15-20 minutes of cardio shortly after your weight training if that is your only option.
You do want to fit that in somewhere, especially if weight loss is a goal.

for that 15-20 mins above, make sure u do atleast 20 because if u do any less than that it isnt really conxidered a aerobic excecise and it doesn't work you out as much, so plz try atleast 20mins cuz thats what my teacher always tells me.
