I read in another thread that the best way to burn fat is to do cardio first thing in the morning.
I start work early so this is not an option for me.
My question is, if i had only eaten cereal for breakfast and i do cardio exercise before eating my lunch would i recieve the same effects as doing it first thing in the morning?
If anyone can help with this it would be much appraciated
First off, working early in the morning doesn't mean that you can't workout before work. I know many folks who get to work by 7 and have already hit the gym so it is all in what you want.
I think that you'd be better to eat a better breakfast than jsut a bowl of cereal and then do your cardio, and then a lunch.
