I like the health benefits that cardio gives you. I wanna start doing HIIT again, but I don't wanna lose any weight, unless of course it a little ab fat, but no muscle. I would rather maintain my weight and maintain my muscle. So, how often do you think I would have to do HIIT to see cardio benefits- i.e. more energy, great circulation etc.?
Also, does cheese contain trans fat?
Are frozen and canned veggies and fruits as good as fresh? someone once told me they're better because they are preserved immediately when picked.
What are the best foods to eat on a strict financial budget (Im a student) to give great health benefits? I eat healthy, but there's always room for improvement. I wanna be as energetic as that crazy juiceman on late night infomercials, just not as scary and without using a juicer (cuz its a pain in the ass to clean).

Do HIIT for around 20 mins three times a week, take some aminos right before and a protein shake straight after and you'll keep your muscles but get all the benefits from the cardio.
Yes cheese contains bad fat.
You need veggies, frozen or fresh, but avoid the canned ones (too much preservatives and sodium!)
Want to eat healthy? Eat as unprocessed as you can....... Forget about the juiceman and grap a REAL fruit (more vitamines and fibre!)

Merci, Nina. And I agree with you. The eternal victory is the one within the heart(?), because l'amour est un champ de bataille... or so Pat Benetar says.
Anyway, can someone tell me about aminos. I know they are building blocks in muscle growth and maintenance but I think theyre included in my protein powder. Should I buy some seperate and if so how much do the cost?
