If Iam using the 4 day split workout should I change my cardio plan currently I do cardio 3-4 when I work outdays a week from 35-60 minutes.is this to much not enough? I want to keep my cardio endurance up along with dropping a few pounds
what asimmer said! i've read and heard so many people say that it's not such a good idea to run right after you do a heavy workout, but i've lifted hard and played good soccer 20-30 minutes afterwards for the last month or so...
i've seen great results so far, so eventhough i was a little worried at first (afraid i'd lose some good lean tissue), i see no reasons to not play the game that i love so much, even if i'm somewhat tired from the previous training...
i've toned my muscles and put on quite a bit of size overall... whatever people might tell me, i don't think my mirror is lying to me...
