DOES IT REALLY MATTER WHAT TIME YOU DO CARDIO
IVE HEARD MORNING IS THE BEST BUT I USUALLY DONT GET TO RUN UNTILL 7 00PM TO 8 WHAT DIFFERENCE WOULD I SEE IF I GOT UP AT THE BUTT CRACK OF DAWN AND RAN????

IF ANYONE GETS A CHANCE PLEASE CHECK OUT THE OTHER POST I PUT UP I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ON THERE ALSO ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED <KARATEMARK>

Whatever time you can and will do it is the best time. There was a big discussion about this - look for the post 'For those who want to loose fat' or something similar, i will bump it, look through the forums.

I do find that exercsing first thing in the morning (after a protein shake) gives me fantastic energy for the rest of the day!
