HOW MUCH SHOULD I DO ? IM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT . i have been doing about 35 to 45 mins a day .

It all depends what it is... if it's HIIT you only need about 20 minutes at a time... but 35 to 45 sounds about right otherwise...

i just dont know what hiit cardio is can anyone tell me? thank you jack. as i am all new to this .

HIIT... High Intensity Interval Training...
Basically, work out to get the heart rate up by doing some cardio... 60 percent I believe is what you're after... then go hard for a period of time... one minute jogging, one minute running hard... do this over and over for about 20 minutes... as agamble suggested, do a search, lots of info on this site...
