hey guys..wow i haven't been here in a long time..just wondering is running four one hour early in the morning like 4 o clock a good idea? cuase i got summerschool so im planning on running in the morning then going to skool afterwards. I am now 160lbs i use to be 180lbs!!!

I see you are trying to gain mass. Your running may be counterproductive to this, on a consistent basis. I would do just enough for cardiovascular health maintenance now, but that is all.
