carbs and sleeping???

When should you stop eating carbs in a day? Say if I go to bed at 9pm (yea its early but I have two small kids)when should I stop eating carbs for that day. thanks sean.....

Well that depends on your goals. You want to loose fat or do you do exercise in the evenings?

I eat starchy carbs in the mornings and for the rest of the day I eat veggies and fruits as carbs. This works for me.

You should concentrate more on eating protein-rich foods before going to bed, rather than carbs. If I eat carb-rich food for dinner, I make sure I'm up for at least 1-2 hours before actually going to bed.
