If you are not on a bodybuilding diet or anything like that, and are just trying to get healthy for instance, just incorporate your foods in your caloric range and macros. As a general rule, try to get your carbs in before too late, don't go to bed after a heavy carb meal, and try to get your fruits in earlier in the day. You give no profile, so we don't know what your goals are. Anyway, be healthy, eat a balanced diet, and welcome to FT.
