Right im 6ft 2: 87kg. Now i model and looking to get back in shape, need my definition back without increasing my fat ratio.

I take Phospagen Elite twice a day, whey-protein shakes twice a day, flaxseed oil twice a day and have a carb/protein 4:1 ratio drink whilst working out 5 times a week for endurance.

I do interval training 3 times a week, and 5 weight sessions a week.

Can anyone possibly comment on the above, and recommend anything that i should or shouldnt do?

Appreciated Dudes

That is all well and good, but what is your diet like?

Ah yes, my diet its good, eat six times a day to maintain metabolism, mostly green veg, fruits, lean meats and low fat dairy i.e. cottage cheese, skimmed milk.

Unless i've been working in the night-club till late i tend not to eat after 7.

what's your carb intake overall and the type?

You may want to cut down on fruits.....

Eat small meals after 7....cottage cheese, nuts, etc....drink a whey shake...

You may want to consider a heavy compound workout...it may do wonders for your results

reps of 3-5 for 2-5 sets of squats, deadlifts, military presses, chin ups, dips, bench presses, bent over rows.....focus your workouts around these big exercises....the rest is nutrition.....endurance work is often not the best type of lifting routine when trying to alter body composition....
