Hi! My question is how many carbs does a body burn after an intermediate weight training session? Is it something like 4 grams of carbs for every calorie or the other way around? I am asking because I would like to know about how many grams of carbs to eat before a weight training workout (which I end with a 45 min cardio workout) inorder to be able to burn some fat. Thanks!

I think you are thinking about the caloriecount of macronutrients, protein and carbs are both 4 calories per gram, while fat is 9 calories per gram. Check out that website for info on anything you do, will give it to you.
