Being overweight is a common trait these days and there is not enough help out there. Find out how you can shed those pounds and improve yourself from within.
I am not feelin' motivated yet, but I want to get in shape and I am makin' myself upset. I am steadily weighin' around 235lbs and I want to get down to 150lbs, and I can't even get motivated to lose 5lbs. I wish that there was someone in the area that I live in that could buddy up with me at the gym.:) I am just feelin' shittie today!
You can do it :) Make tiny goals that aren't related to weight first....I will drink one more glass of water and one less glass of cola a day...or I will go for a 15 min walk a day for this week(in addition to any activity already)
Make a food journal...write down everything..including any sodas...coffee/tea and whatever added...and if you use ketchup/bbq sauce etc...this wil give you a feel for what you are doing.
