I heard somewhere that you can't build muscle when your sick that your body has to be in peak performance, is this true? I feel something coming on maybe alergies or whatever and i am taking megaman vitamans 2 a day and was wondering if taking 3 or 4 would help me get better quicker.

You can overdose on vitamans so don't take more - some can be very hurtful

yeah, i agree with Reddy. you want to rest and let your body fight whatever you have. vitamins only aid your body but are not medicine. all of the excess vitamins you take most likely will not be absorbed and you will pee them out. plus like Reddy said, to much of some vitamins can be toxic.
I would recommend taking some echinachea and zinc. you can up your amount of vitamin C. Also, look for a product called emergen-C. That may give you a boost.

If i continue to eat as normal every three hours with plenty of protein, will i still maintain my current weight and muscle. I've got one week left of my mass cycle and i'm made tremendous results and don't want them to go to waste because of a cold.

you should be fine. i was sick a few weeks ago and thought the same thing as you. when i came back after a week, i didn't lose anything, i felt refreshed and was able to lift more.

I came back to the gym today after a terrible cold and noticed that I had a better work out today than the day before I came down with the cold. The human body is a beautiful thing and will take care of you if you take care of it. With that said, Rest is tbe Best. Don't worry like neov3 said, you'll be fine.
