If you can find a way to lose fat WHILE gaining muscle then yes. However, that will be difficult to do without help. If you are natural decide what you want to do, lose fat or gain muscle and tweak your diet accordingly.

I know that is pretty common knowledge that it is hard to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, but in a relatively untrained person who is not really trying to lose BW, I don't think that it is that hard. I have seen it done over and over. Just changing from a bad diet to a good diet and having a good strength training program will change body composition. Now if he was trying to lose 20lbs then it might a different story.

I workout and I lost alot of weight. I am happy with my muscle size. I don't want to gain anymore muscle, I said I want to loose fat. How do I do this without loosing weight or should I say getting skinner?

Think about what you just said. You want to lose fat, which is weight, and you dont want to gain any more muscle. How woud you do this while maintaining your current weight?

haha well you need to gain muscle but lose a lot more fat if you want to "stay the same size" that would be hard im thinking you'll either be less or more but i wouldnt worry too much about it just set a goal and lose the fat. After that fats gone worry about size and or weight after.

Why do you care what the scale says at all? Losing fat (which you called skinnier) will make you weigh less. Gaining muscle will make you weigh more.
You are worried about what is changing in the mirror, forget about the scale.

You are all right, it's just after loosing so much weight and now starting to gain it back, I was worried. However, my body at the point where I think it's almost perfect for me. I was thinking in more terms as weight rather than appearance. For the last most with this new workout plan it's been maintaining.
