I am on the Tone and lose weight fitness plan.
Today is supposed to be my day off, but I know i may miss my saturday workout.
I was thinking of just doing the program 5 days in a row for this week.
Is this bad?
I always feel guilty when I dont go to the gym :(

But you'll feel worse when you injure yourself from not taking some time off.... Get your rest.

Ok, but what if i take saturday and sunday off, instead of wednesday and sunday?
I dont think i can make it to the gym on saturday that is my problem.
Do you suggest just skipping saturdays workout all together?
I just dont want to screw up the program.

Is this going to be all the time, that you won't be able to make your saturday? I'd say it's ok to switch it for this one time if you know your not going to make it on saturday and you be able to catch up on some rest. just make sure your not working two large muscle groups back to back your body does need that time to rest and heal. You might have to switch your routine around a little.gl
