I have recently joined ft and am wondering if there is a way in which I can directly chat to one of the professional trainer online do discuss some of my goals as I donot have a complete gym (only have a bench and few free weights). ALso some of the exercise mentioned by the automatic programme are not quite suitable for me as I am still a beginner.

If anyone knows anything regarding this plz do let me know. Many Thanks.

The best thing to do is fill out your profile with your goals and such and post questions - you'll get answers from people here.

You can always swap exercises.

It's not what we eat or drink occasionally, but what we consume on a daily basis that determines our ongoing level o health.

Some of us are trainers, what is your question, specifically?
