I have just started this supplement stack. 16mg(two tablets) of Ephederine, 325mg of asperin(one tablet) and 200mg of caffiene(one tablet). Taking it two times a day, will it be better if I just take it just once a day before I work out instead? The big question I am concern is will I know any side effects first before I have like sudden heartattack or something like that. Again should I take it once a day or twice a day? Pleace feed me some info of if I am okay to do this and I really like this stuff. By the way I work out six times a day,well fit, but need to lose my stomach fat or is it my babyfat? I am 21 years old 5'6 185 lbs fairly a big bulky guy.
Do some online research on ephedra. I quit using it after talking to one of my clients, who is a lawyer in a class action suit against a supplement co. that sells ephedra.
You don't know the condition of your heart or the damage done to it until something bad happens. It can take years for the damage to show up, but the damage does seem to be cumulative.
Try a non-ephedra fat burner if you think you really need one.
