You need to do a little research. Read the stickies in the nutrition forum on this site.
From first hand experience, you won't stick to a diet someone gives you if you won't take the time to do a little research on your own.

Advice: don't go too extreme...b/c chances are yu wont stick to it...diets can be tasty....are you willing to cook and prep meals @ home?

I cook for the week on Saturdays and try not to so any spontaneous buying after that (usually it's b/c of a craving). it's helpful to just shop once a week and get only enough for that week...that way you aren't just munching. When I get done cooking I divide my food up and throw it in plastic baggies...that way my portions are set for me.
SPICES! Spices really help to change up your meal, and keep 'em from tasting drab whether it's meat, veggies or things like brown rice or whole wheat noodles. There are all kinds of seasonings to spice up your meals.
