I'm 6'0 160 lbs. I have a very small frame and little body fat. I'm trying to gain mass but want to get solid abs at the same time. I know the easiest way to gain mass is to bulk up and then diet to trim down. And ofcourse it isn't good to oversupplement.
Right now I'm using Twinlab Amino Fuel and have been able to put a little bit on in the last two months. I work out just a few days a week but am sure to do abs everyday. Would considering using Twinlab Ripped Fuel in addition to Amino fuel and possible Creatine Nitrate work?
It sounds like a lot to be taking but my goal is to build lean mass.
any thoughts?

Bro, I cant stress enough on how important it is to form a diet that meets your body;s needs inorder to nurish and help the production of growing muscles. I once thought that the best way to get big, strong, lean/cut, was to load up on supplements, but the truth is that all you have to do is eat the right foods at the right time in the right amounts.
Supplements are helpful but they are just supplementing a good diet. The only times that i use supps are when i need an energy boost or a meal replacement/ protein shake.
The amino fuel that your taking is fine but can be derived from other foods, and creatine is also a great supplement, but you;ll have to maintain those gains with more caloric intake.
My suggestion to you is that if your not quite informed on which diet plans will best help you to meet your goals, then just buy a $20 or less book on the basics of nutrition. This will help you for the rest of your life as opposed to a set of pills which may give you gains, but damage your liver and kidney during the process.]
i hope this helps ;p

you're wasting your money on supplements...you need to focus on your diet and training first....
abs every day=pointless....
creatine ethyl ester works well but you don't need it....starting out...
I used to be same size as you by end of HS...now 5 years later...I am over 50 lb heavier at 7% bf.....I also used to be skinny and have quite narrow shoulders and base....so I can relate....you can still make great gains...
focus on big lifts....using proper form....squats, deadlifts, incline bench press, pull ups, powercleans, etc...
avoid supplements...except whey protein powder for a couple years while you're starting out training...you can more than make good gains without them...
