i've been having trouble with my college and crap , an di have nationals practice( for cheerleading like you see on espn) and I have practice 2 days a week on mon and wed 5-6pm and 8-10pm, and another practice on tuesday 8-10pm and every other friday i have practice from 7-9 .......prob is if anyone has seen cheerleading its liek doing a olypic clean over and over again, i fi do legs and biceps, back before practice i'm ok, but I can't work out other body parts mainly chest, tri's and especially shoulders lol...
what i have been doing is working out on thurs, fri, sat, somtimes sun then i rest the rest of the week, and my " "work out is" cheerleading............is this ok fro me to be doing this.......and if so ....shoudl my calorie intake be the same on those 3 days i don't work out as the days i do work out, cause if i don't work out for 2 days or more i'm not as hungry?.......any feed back?

Its good that you are listening to your body. These are the sacrifices you have to make when doing a sport(yes, I consider cheerleading a sport). Don't overdo yourself for the sake of "working out". I don't know what your cheerleading practices consist of so I can't suggest your caloric intake for the day. You are a pretty hard-core lifter, so if I were you(which I'm not so just a suggestion) I would keep the calories the same throughout...BUT if you are trying to tone up, I would take advantage of those days off to lower calories. I feel so freakin weak if I don't get my cals, even on days off. Hope this sheds some sort of light for ya.
-------------- May the lift be with you.
