Calories and Fat

Ok,

So im kinda new to the whole working out and watching your diet as you can probally tell from my posts.. So my next question is how much calories or grams of fat should i have a day if i want to lose weight? when you determine how fatty a food is, do you look and fat grams or calories? I am 6'1" and weigh about 280 right now.. Thanks for your help!!

Look at both, the calories and the fat grams, as well as the sugars. If you eat a diet high in sugar and don't work out a whole lot, the sugars will be stored as fat and you are on a fast road out of shape. You should eat 5-6 small meals a day which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 between meal snacks. Each meal should last you until the next, so don't eat much. A healthy snack would be like a banana, and some yogurt. Oh, and don't eat after abt 8 or so in the evening cuz that is when your body does the clensing and you will be happy with these results. You will se them in less than a week
