Help! I am on my third week in your program. And on my day for legs it calls for "seated calf raises" which calls for a machine at a gym. I am not working out at a gym,I am doing all working out at home, and I have no machines. I have a bench, dumbells, and barbell. What can I do for my calves to give them a good work out in replace of what the program calls for?

You can out the barbell arcoss your knees ( put a towel for padding underneath). Get a 2x4 to use as a step and do seated calf raises.

Make sure you get plenty of potassium, and a reasonable amount of sodium in your diet with those calf raises...lol
I learned the hard way....
If you push'em, and then have deplete these minearals, the calfs have a tendancy to cramp if you even look at them too hard.
