Bulking and Cutting diff. muscles

can i bulk 1 some muscles and cut different ones in the same workout and get results like for example cut my chest and bulk my biceps? and when is the best time to drink protein shakes i got 100% whey if that helps any

NO.... u cant gain/cut at the same time much less different muscles....

I would concentrate on lifting hard...and focusing on big exercises like squats, deadlifts, military presses, bench ,chin ups, bors, etc....and forget the chest/bi bs....they will take care of themselves....no need to isolate biceps...do heavy chin ups/pull ups/bors

The difference between bulking and cutting lies more in diet than exercises. While some isolation movements are best done when trying to cut, this is done conducive to proper diet.

Best time for a protein shake is post workout. Unless you are an advanced bodybuilder, this is probably all you need to worry about. The only other time I would recommend if not an advanced builder is if you need another to make your protein requirements.
