My muscles are beginning to be toned. (Mainly bisceps) I was wondering what I should change in my workout to start building my muscles bigger. Increase reps, or weight? Open to suggestions.

Progressively increase the weight you are using. You have to give your body the need to build bigger muscles by challenging it with heavier workloads and varying routines.
