well its been awhile since I've posted but I'm in need of some answers. I'm sick of getting winded after 15 minutes of cardio, please help. I want to build my endurance, I do some HIIT, but can someone tell me the best time to do this. What I mean is I usually don't eat for at least 3 hours before I go to the gym on cardio days. Also, does it matter what I eat, obviously protein is good, but what type of timeline should I have? Also for HIIT how long should it take before I notice a difference? Thanks everyone.

You might want to investigate some style of circuit training. You can build nice endurance, while also enhancing your strength.

Eat before you train.

swimming is great for endurance and is also useful for toning muscles
