OK. I want to lose fat around my midsection. Its the only area I care to lose fat, but I know spot reduction doesn't exist. I'm also trying to add muscle to frame overall. Is it possible to do both simultaneously? I'm taking creatine.

senor...it is debated and debated, but on my current plan my fat has gone down and my mass has gone up, so i would say it is possible.

A lot will depend on your diet and routine.

Focus on the big compound lifts, heavy weight, good form 6-10 reps and eat very clean.

I know. The debate rages on over whether you can shed and build simultaneously and I can never get a finite answer because both sides swear by their verdict. By very clean, how do you mean? I imagine I shouldn't do low carb if I'm trying to build, but yet I should if I'm trying to burn. What is the formula?

Should I keep taking creatine, or is the water retention self defeating?

I emailed you...creatine will help you retain/build lean mass while dieting, so yes, continue it.
