I just finished my first 8 week program and am feeling great. But should i break for a week before i start my second program? If so how can i change my time frame for that on the computer? Thanks Tim

It all depends on how you feel. I have done back-to-back 8 week mass programs, took last week off...now I'm ready to get back into it again. You can reset your ft program anytime after your program ends, but before your new one begins.
Good luck!

What about using one week to do something completely different? Do circuit training or set a new record in rowing?!!!
Your body will love you and it's great for the mind as well. Don't worry you are not gonna loose any strength from not weight training one week.
Have fun!

Nina's right! I worked on legs yesterday after one week off and added 10 pounds to my squat! The week off was really what I needed after going at it for 16 straight weeks. Don't underestimate the power of rest!!!

Thanks everyone, I think I will spend the next week working on my running skills.

I did a mass program after another program here at ft and man.. my back and legs were always hurting.. I needed the week off for sure.. and when I came back I was just as strong as before and even started to move up again... You should be able to tell if you need a week off.. but if not you can always just do something different or lighter like philla suggested
