Hey guys, hope all of you get a good exercise routine in this week and many weeks to come. Im a newbie here and I basically have my workout routine down. HOwever, im extremely confused as to what to eat in the morning, during lunch, and dinner. If someone can give me a quick low down it would be great. Im sure there have been many threads about this, but I just cant seem to put a finger on whats right and whats not. Im hoping the experts here can help
