Hey guys, hope all of you get a good exercise routine in this week and many weeks to come. Im a newbie here and I basically have my workout routine down. HOwever, im extremely confused as to what to eat in the morning, during lunch, and dinner. If someone can give me a quick low down it would be great. Im sure there have been many threads about this, but I just cant seem to put a finger on whats right and whats not. Im hoping the experts here can help

first off, welcome fellow metal-head...second, fill out your profile with your fitness goals so we can better help you. There's a ton of eating regimines on here...you just gotta look. Look in the diet and nutrition part. Good luck and rock on!
