They all are not worth it. They only make your fat wallet thin. Good Luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

IMO - VPX Redline combined with a sensible low fat diet, moderate cardio, and plenty of water. Do not forget REST.

aseymour25, I would recommend Xenadrine EFX, that's the one I've used and has given me pretty good results... compared with Hydroxicut and ThermoDynamx

The choice is yours

The best fat burner for me was 30 minutes of cardio 4-5 times per week and diet. I never could take the pills. They kind of freaked me out. My wife on the other hand had excellent results with Stackers (w/ephedra). I guess each individual is different in their response to those things. It's a shame you have to spend $$$ to find out whether they help or not.

I see one sided discussions are supported here as is evidenced in the deletion of my opinion. I don't claim to be an expert, but I kow what has worked for me.

If I were wanting to blatantly market something, don't you think I would have included brand names? or that I would try to mass spam everyone on here?

So much for open discussions. I found this site like 2 days ago and have been very impressed by the information i have found on here, but I am starting to doubt it's content now.

The better fat burner is to keep a walkman with you whenever you walk. Because everybody has to walk. If you just want pills then you just dont want to try. If you keep a walkman on you it helpas you walk to the beatincreaseing you cardiovascular workout. BURNING FAT good luck everyone Sarah

I have to agree diet pills are a waste of money. Spend your money on some good clean foods. check out the bodybuilders grocery list.

Thev very best fat burner out there today, by far, is lean body mass (particularly muscle and especially nervous tissue).

The bad news is that it can't be bought. The good news is that it can be earned - with hard work, discipline, patience and persistence.

As for the store bought fat burning formulations - save your money & save your health. Let those charlatans make their blood money ripping off and ruining the health of someone other than yourself

Eating and digesting food makes a "thermic" or in simple terms a heat producing reaction. This in turn makes protein one of the best foods you can injest...but anyway, this is in effect what "fat burners" try to mimic. They try to produce more of a thermic effect, the combo of ephedra/caffine/asprin achieved this to a pretty decent degree, but with some very dangerous side effects. The new ephedra free cannot do this, and do not to any real effect despite the hype. These are about keeping the cash cow going that is diet in this country. Muscle is metabolically active, so the more you have the more "heat" is produced, thus the more fat burning capabilities. Bottom line, there is no "diet" in a bottle. Forget the hype, build some muscle, combined with a good diet and cardio type activities, and you will achieve the results you desire.

Heck BB1 ! - you put a much kinder, gentler edge on your message. I guess that's why they call you 'moderator'

The above post is full of BS and is also a blatant self marketing plug. This should be deleted ASAP.

BBfit says it, but doing it's another. Commitment and motivation are essential. Your own mind is your strongest allie . I was about 200 pound and now am 178 and shape is coming along. For a good look and health I need to lose just 12 pounds and the six pack position would just be a near possible although now it seems it would be a miracle.
I'm hanging on in there, when the time is right I'll shed the last 12- the last pounds are the hardest to lose. But you have to look at where you came from and praise what you have done so far. Take a supplement and believe in it along with a strict, enjoyable food regime and exercise.
