I dont know if you all heard about the Body for Life program by Bill Philipps, I thinks its one of the most famous program in this planet, considering they gave you $$$$$$!! for just completing it.. and of course winning. My question is which do you think is better, BodyforLife or FT's program?? which should i follow? which can produce a better dramatic results if you consider applying the same nutrional plan for either the two, which would stand out?

The most important thing is to DO a work out routine and follow a good diet. Now what name the program or routine got is not that important.
You need to find the thing that works for you, that you like and that you'll stick to.

Now I don't know the nutritional plan for Body fot Life (but I guess it's a low carb?) but again if it works for you.......

In my honest opinion, the answer is neither.
Body For Life is just a generic diet program coupled with a half-arse workout that Phillips threw together to sell you as much Myoplex as possible. I've heard rumors that the guy went so far as to buy a bunch of copies of the book himself just to get it on best seller lists. Body For Life will work, but following it to the letter (3 Myoplexes a day) is unnecessarily expensive. You could do the exact same thing just as easily with only one MRP a day (and there's better than Myoplex). Basically, it's a trumped up, just like a lot of other 'diets.'
Freetrainers rountines are too cookie cutter from what I've seen and very inconsistent. The nutrion requirement calculator is warped into wanting to bulk everyone up, no matter what your body fat percentage is. My advice? Educate yourself on some of the basics of nutrition and exercise. Go to www.t-mag.com and type 'Dawg School' into the search engine. Also read some of the articles on this site and you'll know what you need to know.

I started out at 167lbs with the Body for life program and got down to 127 and was in the best physical shape of my life. It encouraged me to continue with bodybuilding. Anything that gets you motivated and gets you in the shape you want to be in, is well worth it's weight in gold. It worked for me so maybe it can work for you. Whatever motivates you!!!!!!!
