I'm in my 11th week of the "body for life" program and though I have lost inches, I have only lost 15 lbs- I have been following a high protein and low-carb diet. I've definelty bulked up...not something i was looking to do. I would like some advise on how to tone(down) the muscles I've now built, and increase my weight loss. I tend to bulk up with any weight program.
Have you followed the portion size and amount of meals that the body for life ask you to eat? The program works great if you do exactly what the program asks for. But however losing 15 pounds is good also.
