whats the easiest and most accurate way for me to calculate my body fat %, without spending money to have it done??

You can also just use a tape measure, and judge how your pants etc fit.

there is one here under the health resources too but I have to say I prefer the mybodycomp.com (both give me about the same thing but I like seeing how I have changed

Jloabs, go to the General Exercise and Fitness board. There is a post by BB1Fit that covers bodyfat% questions. It has a red stickie beside it. I think it's the second from the top.
