do i have a body defect because i am thin, i know this might sound like a stupid question, but your body is set up to want to survive, and you would survive longer being fat or obese, but im a 30W, so does that mean i have some body defect because i don't store fat?

You got it turned around the body's natural state is to be lean the obese and fatter people live less and die earlier than the thin

I think he meant in an extreme survival situation. I've often wondered that myself, but I would say that the answer to your question is "NO!" Why? Well because just by virtue of being alive, your ancestors survived some of the toughest conditions nature could throw at them - or else you wouldn't have been born! So think of it this way - you come from a long, long line of badasses (civilization might make the weak a little more resilient, but not by much).
