I forget that by exercising and eating right we are all doing work on the insides of our bodies as well as the outside.
I gave blood today and as the woman took my blood pressure she said, "You must work out." I asked her why and she said that 96/62 was really good. I guess the national average is around 120-130/80-84.
So I just wanted to say as a reminder that not only are you all improving the way you look, but you're going to enjoy this life for a lot longer as well with these healthy beneifts.

Excellent!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled and I was half under when I heard the dental assistant say 'she's crashing, she's crashing'. The dentist looks me in the eye and says - do you work out a lot? I nodded and he says 'its fine, she has a low heart rate' Whew! Yes - we are fending off many many lifestyle related diseases with our 'obsessive' lifestyles (as some have called mine).
Keep it up!!!

No, most people have theirs pulled earlier, my family has a history of late wisdom teeth ( my brother was 27 when he had his out, I was 30).
Does that mean we were stupid until then? lol
