Has anyone ever experienced any bloating from taking protein and/or weight-gain powders?

Fran, I felt that way when I was taking a particular brand of protein and creatine at the same time. Since changing brands, I don't feel that way anymore.

If your feeling really bloated than make sure that it is a trust worrthy brand of creatine, some cheap creatine can have that affect on a person.

Thanks Robert.
I found that I do not feel bloated when I use MRP or whey from the same company I have bought the weight gainer from (strange.. I suspect it probably is something that has its causes outside this supplement business... )
Btw, the brand is Reflex Nutrition, somehow quite popular here in the UK (reflex-nutrition.com, but on-line retail stores give more info than the "home" website.. dunno y.)
