You can always use food. Have some meat, or an eggwhite omlette with one yolk and lots of omlette veggies (mix in a bit of chicken if you like),and a tbsp. of flax, or cottage cheese, a tbsp. of natural peanut butter, or cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. flax seed, and some eggwhites. Just some examples for you. Any of these are fine, just fit them into your calorie scheme.
