for all who care...heres the deal.
im 16, and closing in on 225, that was kinda hard to let people know...but anyway...im looking to tone, slim down, get muscle, and just gennerally be healthier cuz i feel like shit. weight realated and heart sicknesses run in my family and i can feel my health slipping. i dont know if im at the right web site or what but i need some advice. doctor was no good, he was trying to send me to some camp, but thats not gonna get it, i need a life change you know?? 245 sounds like alot i know, but i dont look it. im 5'5 and pretty active already, i bike like i've told you guys and play softball,volleyball, and basketball. i just need to learn some stuff so i can start to help myself shape my body but i feel that first i need to get some of the weight off. there people. im totally out there. now help me!
