Are you female? male? how old are you? You need to fill out your profile and maybe we can help you.
Try the mass gain program here under fitness resources - many have had good results on it.

Make sure you eat a lot. Bodybuilders.com explains how often a teenager should eat and what they should eat.

forget bodybuilders.com or any of those sites, use the info on this site, its way better, and it will give you exactly what you need to eat to erach your goal, specific to weight and goals. remember a freetrainer is a happy trainer, or something like that.

murphy eating alot will get you big, fat big. Tin needs to find a good beginner routine. What I like to call a "get in shape, to get in shape" routine. The wants he geting into excercising good and then he can eat more. Look on this sight, it has a mass program I think its 12 weeks. Take a week or so off after that, then see where you are.

if you have just began the program it will hurt, that cos your body isnt used to what your doing, when you atart you can count more aches than you can count muscles. it will pass.

Look at the top of the page and click on the Fitness Plan tab. It's fairly easy to navigate from there.

Tin all i can say is listen to these guys theyve help me with everything ive done and they know what they are doing. just fallow your workout plan and try to make a diet schedule because what you eat is a big factor in what will be produced just keep up with the work and youll be big.

Tin I'd start to enjoy the 'hurt' you're experiencing in what I assume is soreness....I know I kicked a$$ in the gym when I am sore as crap...it's obviously not completely indicative of a great workout or progress(as there's more than 1 way to skin a cat...and u can get good gains without soreness...) but I would use it as one of the tell tale signs of a good workout...you also have to plan workouts around the soreness....generally you'll be weaker than normal for a couple days after...also you need to plan which muscle groups you're training ...start with light volume and do a fairly frequent workout....I say starting out you can do fullbody workout 3 days a week...
