I saw this dude at the gym who had the biggest arms, im wondering if there is anything special that he is probably doing that is different from what i am doing. Also his arms look sculpted like nice cuts in them and everything. I have only been working out for a month is that something that will come with time, or should i start working on trying to sculpt my muscles in my arms or should i just keep on my program on ft? I definently am getting muscle and have lost an inch in my waist

Without a doubt he has been training a lot longer than a month. It takes time to gain muscle and he may be competing bodybuilder. One thing to remember, what works for one person, may not work at all for somebody else. Don't get caught up in training routines that somebody else is doing just because they look good. Get to know your own body and find what works for you. This is why weight training has to become part of your lifestyle, it is a journey of mind and body. If you are making gains now, don't change anything. Keep up the good work.

Also KNOW the key to big arms. Triceps make up 2/3 of the arm. So train them hard to get big arms. a lot of people think doing bicep curls after bicep curls will get those big guns. Skull-crushers along with close grip presses and dips are the core of tricep excercises.

And also remember to get big like that guy it takes years of dedication. Bodybuiling is something that you must be patient with but always be motivated and know that you can always achieve a goal if you set your mind to it. Keep working hard!!!

I have good size arms and the key is consistent training. Heavy deadlifts helped i believe as did bent rows. Also it takes years to really get big. Stay with BBcurls, dumbbell curls, and do heay tricep presses,kickbacks, Skull crushers as well....you will see some growth I promise.
