My biceps seem to have hit a road block, between August & October I have gained a 1/2" and have great deffinition and super good peak.
The problem: I have not gained anymore in mass in my biceps in the last 3 mos. I work them once a week w/the following sets. I always do 6-9 slow reps and always w/heavy weight 3 sets bar curls, and cable tricep ext 3 sets dumbell hammer curls & dumbell kickbacks 2 sets reverse grip barbell curls and lying tricep ext.
Appreciate any advise.

Are you trying to go for overall definition or mass? I know that last year when I did FT's mass workout, my bi's got pretty big (alas, I didn't measure). The exercises i primarily used were nothing like I was used to. I have always done straight bar curls, but not cable curls, and cheat curls. These will add mass. The hammers, and reverse curls are more for definition. So, it depends on what you want. Also, you might try hitting them twice a week. I have heard folks around here mentioning success that way as well.

Intruder, may be time for a workout routine change. Try doing bi's and tri's on different days so you can put more intensity into them. Change your exercises, and as mack says, Ian King is always good for a try.
