There really is no better. I train opposing muscles groups (back/chest, bis/tris, hams/quads) on my training days in my current regimen. You could certainly train your arms in that fashion, effectively giving your arms a day and a half per cycle training scheme. The question is, what are your goals? Muscles in the arms generally recover more quickly than larger muscle groups. Are your arms lagging behind your other muscles. Do you find your arms holding you back on compound lifts? Do you simply want to prioritize on arms? Any of those reasons (or no reason at all, I suppose) is sufficient. So I guess the short answer is, yes, that will work.
