Hey everybody,

I have no problems working out other muscles, but when I'm training my biceps I can do whatever I want. I just don't get the usual soreness in my muscles. What can I do about this?

Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work

Make sure your elbow is locked at your side and your not rolling your shoulder.. I usually see a lot of people doing it this and I do it a lot even though I try to avoid it.. I usually feel like my biceps work a lot better if I lock my elbow to my side and don't roll my shoulder.. I'm not too sure if thats thee far and away 'best' way to do it but its pretty much what works for me.. don't forget to squeeze at the top of the movement... if none of that works goto abcbodybuilding.com and try that guy's 8 week bicep blitz.. if your biceps aren't sore after that workout then I don't know what to tell ya...
