I'VE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY BICEP EXERCISE OUT THERE. I THINK I HAVE ANYWAY. IS THERE A CERTAIN TECHNIQUE OR ANYTHING I NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON TO GET SOME DEFINITION?? ACTUALLY MY WHOLE ARM NEEDS HELP AS FAR AS MUSCLE DEFINITION. THANX

Try to slow down the execution of your movement. Try working with the negative or excentric part of the exercise; when you lower your arm. Feel the burning, but keep it there. It should take at least 5-10 sec to lower the arm.

Also try partiel and 21. Don't do the movement completely but focus on the flexing point of your biceps.

Hope this will work. Also include days where you do hundreds of reps and other days where you just take heavy. You have to change ways of working your arms if you want to see results.

Also, try to pause and contract hard at the top of all of the bicep exercises. Part of your problem may be that you're putting too much emphasis on the biceps and neglecting the triceps! You have to work on both to give your arm that 3D look.
