this is pointless....it depends on age, experience, form, exercise, etc...

if you want us to suggest a bicep routine for you then fine....but just randomly saying what we do....is not going to help you....

each arm? Depends on what I am doing...light day I satr with 20 and work up to 40 for 10 reps a set.
Moderate day I stat with 30 and work up to 45-50 for 8 reps.
Heavy day i may start with 40 and go to 60for 4-6 reps.

Of course this all depends on what I do for barbell curls first.....

I aim for a weight that allows me to do 8 reps with good form and and complete failure by the tenth. It is intresting to hear what others are doing but this can lead to dissapointment in your own acheivments and feeligs of failure wich may be brought on by someone egsagerating what they can actually do. and chulla711..its not the size of your arms that counts its whats in them.

yes...people have different body fat levels...so someone with 15 inch arms can be much stronger than someone with 20 inch arms(if that person is obese).....
