Im trying to bring my body fat down to about 7 or 8%, and i'm about 13% now, but I just can't get down. I've been dieting healthy for 3 weeks and I have been weight training 3-4 times a week, and cardio 3-5 times a week. I just cant get down, do I need to be more drastic?
