Ok right now I have a weider home gym set, but I'm thinking about getting a flat/incline/decline bench set, preacher curls, leg extension sort of thing.

Is this model a good one to get >> http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1269367&cp=710956.710958.693996&page=3&pageBucket=0&parentPage=family

If not could you recommend one?

Also, what barbell set for all purpose needs, bench, squat, etc.

Thanks!

I work out at home and I have BodySolid equipment. The weights I use are Barbell brand weights (Olympic weights and bar). Here's a pic of what I have:

I also have the lat pulldown and cable row attatchments, as well as a bench (flat/incline/decline) with leg curl/extention attachment.

The gym you're looking at is OK and the price seems decent. I personally NEED a squat rack and a sturdy cage with catch bars to lift 350+ without a spotter. If you think it will fulfill all of your needs, then by all means go get it. If it doesn't, look elsewhere.

thanks jbennett, I appreciate the help! I think I'll grab this as it has some upsides, and I can always get a specific squat cage if need be in the future.

thanks for your help!
