could anyone tell me what the best fat burning pill on the market is today? i hate running and i think thats why i cant loose this extra body fat. i have 11 % body fat and it hasn't gone down in a while, i am taking xenadrine now. is there any way besides a good diet and fat burners to lower my body fat without doing cardio? i just can't stand cardio it's so boring... also is 11% body fat for an 18 year old a lot?

Dude, you've got to do cardio! It sucks and most people hate it, but a fat burner won't be enough! You can take the strongest one and you'll still be at 11% bodyfat!

Cardio, a clean diet and weight training...this combination will lower your bodyfat.

3x per week should be enough...30-45 minutes. BTW, no one said HIIT was new.

Ditto on the cardio. 11% body fat is considered ideal for your age. At least that’s what the book says that came with my calipers. Your body needs a certain amount to function properly (joints, organs, etc). I hate cardio too but it works.

Ive always had a bit of a belly, never had a six pack. Im only 21, but have started swimming 3-4 times per week, for half an hour in the morning. I take 4 hydroxycut and protein shake (with very few carbs) 30 mins before, and in just 2 weeks the results are amazing. However I'll be out of hydroxycut after next week, so I'll let you know how far cardio alone gets me.

Just to add, I hate cardio, especially first thing, but if you force yourself to do it for a couple of weeks, the gains alone my just motivate you enough to continue.

I love cardio, because I play sports. It's still fun to go play tennis or basketball. I think people just need to find a cardio that they like to do.

Hydroxycut worked best for me.......but you need to cycle it. Maybe 5 days on 2 days off...thats how I did it..
